Baked oatmeal is bread pudding for breakfast! Made with a handful of healthy ingredients, this easy recipe comes together in 1 bowl and leaves you satisfied all morning.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups oatmeal
  • 4 scoops protein powder, about 90-100g
  • 2/3 cups cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup flake cocounut
  • 3.5 cup milk, any milk is fine
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs

Method

  • 1)

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • 2)

    Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or pam and set aside.

  • 3)

    In a bowl combine all ingredients together: oatmeal, eggs, protein power, cocoa powder, milk, coconut flakes and chocolate chips
    Optional add is: chia seed, nuts, raisins.. etc..

  • 4)

    Pour the  mixture into the baking dish and place in the oven.

  • 5)

    Bake for 35 min

  • 6)

    Serve warm: Top with milk of choice
