Hello Bakers! Using doctored cake mix vs making a cake from scratch is huge debate and somewhat of a controversial topic. As you all know, cakes mixes can be found at any supermarket in the baking section. There are many different brands with variety of flavors. Each box contains the dry ingredients you just have to add eggs, water, and oil (sometimes butter). I take mine to the next level and “doctor” it up.
