These are delicious and best of all guilt free! Contains no added sugar. You can make a batch and freeze them and reheat in the toaster oven. I tend to have these in my freezer for easy healthy breakfast option.

Ingredients

For the Waffles

  • 2/3 cup protein powder, isopure
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cinnamon
  • monk fruit, honey or stevia, for added sweetness

Method

  • 1)

    Preheat your waffle maker.

  • 2)

    In a blender, mix all ingredients together.

  • 3)

    Place waffle mixture into the maker and bake for 5 min.  ( or until your light turns green)
