Ingredients
For the Waffles
- 2/3 cup protein powder, isopure
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- monk fruit, honey or stevia, for added sweetness

Method

Preheat your waffle maker.

In a blender, mix all ingredients together.

Place waffle mixture into the maker and bake for 5 min. ( or until your light turns green)
